btw found another class vasodilator.....vindaloo.
if you eat it before bed you wake up pretty fresh.
its not even bad for breakfast....
so....its now vindaloo with red wine in a bath.

How is the b4 going?

i started to get sorta brief light headed spells lasting a mere 1 or.2.secs....so stopped for a while....it may be the bh4 or other supplement.
will restart it 2morrow after 2 weeks break from it.
if the brief light head spells come back...
then i could confidently attribute it to bh4.
