Yellowish finger nails

Noticed this morning that there is a yellowish tinge on my nails. Very unlikely caused by fungal infection.

Have leaky gut and for past 3 months been plagued by slow gut motility with nausea.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

Hi, not sure about this issue at all. On occasion I get yellow nails from of all things curry powder - but only on nails in contact with it. If its all nails, or you don't use turmeric, I dont have a clue, sorry. Bye, Alex

Hi Zuriel, yellow nails can be a sign of serious but often treatable conditions; if it persists it would be a good idea to see a dermatologist who should be able to track down which illness is causing it. Warning some of the pictures in these links are of more extreme cases and arent too pretty.

Most common reason for yellow color of nails is fungal. I know you say it is unlikely, but it is contagious also. Have you been around a gym or swimming pool lately? Don't know if you are female, but nail salons are good places to catch fungal infections also.
