Hi Guys,
I hope you good. Am new to this forum and based in the UK. I had a yasko nutrigenomic profile approx 5-6 years ago but stopped all supplements following bad response/worsening sx. Now ongoing depression/anxiety/CFS and wanting to revisit results to find clues where going wrong! There seems to be very few (if any?) doctors within the UK who specialise in this sort of stuff.
Homozygous:
VDR Taq TT,
MAO A ++
BHMT 2 ++
BHMT 4 ++
BHMT 8 ++
CBS A360A ++
ACE ++
Heterozygous:
COMT V158M +/-
COMT H62H +/-
VDR Fok Ff
MTHFR 3 +/-
MTHFR A1298C +/-
MTRR H595Y +-
MTRR K350A +-
MTRR 11 +/-
NOS D298E +/-
Low zinc and manganese on recent plasma mineral profile.
Mild pyroluria
Supplements make worse: Multivitamins, Folic acid, folinic acid, 5 HTP, Methionine, Copper.
Supplements generally better: Zinc, manganese, Magnesium, B2, B6, methylcobalamin (low dose).
I seem to take things, feel better and then crash/mood swing a few hours later. Nothing is consistently good and am very up and down. All very frustrating and would really appreciate comments.
Thanks,
Tim
