where to find help for CFS

I am looking to try and find help with my CFS. I don't know where to start. Had CFS for over 10 years now, recovered at one point before replapsing through stress. I desperately want to recover again, but don't know where to start. Been struggling to varting degress for the last several years.

I am in the UK, the nhs hasn't particularly provided much help with treatments.

In order to receive more responses, you may want to edit the title of your thread to be a bit more specific, like "Looking for CFS doctor/ clinic in [insert your location]"
