Where is the "cheapest" place to buy IVIG and Plasmapheresis in the world?

I remember someone on PR or here saying something about buying IVIG from Ukraine is the cheaper than most other places? And that it is possible to buy without prescription?

I would appreciate any info on this, I dont remember who it was that said it. I think it was significantly "cheaper", but still expensive ofc.

Please share every ideas you may have on how to get it. All ideas and responses are welcome! : )

Maybe together we can come up with some good ways to get IVIG or plasmapheresis when we cant get it through insurance/healthcare where we live.
