When to do immune testing?

I've got a lot of blood tests ordered and I'm wondering: is it better to get blood drawn when you're feeling better or worse?

My symptoms fluctuate a lot and I want to get the clearest picture possible of what's happening with my immune system. Does it matter if I get the labs on a good day or a bad day? Or does it not make any difference?

The specific labs in question are:
- Lymphocyte subset panel
- Immunoglobulins A, M, E
- IgG subclass panel
- Creatine kinase
- Tryptase
- C-reactive protein

Thanks for your input. I know it's a weird question but I always wonder if labs would be any different if I was feeling better/worse when they were drawn.
