Anymore things like this never get to this extreme, but there are things I wish I didn't do that are considered safe and routine, like colonoscopy for instance, biopsy of the colon, Mercury fillings, barium swallows, fluoride treatments.

Than there are things I am tempted to try again that probably don't help. anti virals, and antibiotics for instance.
