GAPS? Keto? Paleo? I know I have persistent candida but I always seem to struggle with leaky gut causing my adrenal fatigue. I have to take care of this for good. What seems to work best here?
I started with intermittent keto, it was so easy this way. When I started fasting in the morning, I was surprised to have so much energy throughout the day without eating.
I depend on it for days when I have to go out and be active.
