What Triggered Your Temporary Remissions?

nothing I can pin down but I may have experienced what you describe in short periods, 10 to 20 minutes at most, can only describe it as my body feeling light all of a sudden and not slowed down. In general I seem to get good benefit from BCAA, vitamin E, and NAC, with some benefit from succinic acid, I often feel those things are the only thing keeping me going.

Your remissions are probably temporary normal working Mitochondria and Energy supply.

Good point, any "advanced" mitochondrial support cranks the engine for a few hours / days ... unfortunately in my case in the last few months the only things that still give answers are methylene blue.

Do you have any posts where you've detailed doses, brand, your routine for methylene blue? I tried that a few years ago and would give it another shot if it helped someone with me/cfs.

Hello, I have not written anything and I am based only on my experience "playing" with the doses ... if I used the advice that you read around I could probably hurt myself very badly not knowing how to manage negative symptoms.

You have to start slowly, avoid any type of SSRI or tryptophan in addition to the dietary one ... to avoid the serotonin syndrome ... I use 20-25mcg dissolved in a glass of water in the morning and evaluate how I am in the following hours .. .Estimated half-life 12 hours.

It might work better with other mitochondrial supplements but I've never tried.

What brand do you use? Thanks for info.
