depends on what the heart symptom is what action you should take (some heart symptoms should be a visit right to the ER).. if it is a new symptom, you should at least see your doctor about it.

If its chest pain.. along with seeing a doctor, i also suggest you increase your fluids as it could possible be caused by POTS.
