What testing to ask NHS rheumatologist for?

Hi Guys

I am seeing an NHS rheumatologist next week, not for ME reasons, but to explore the possibility of raloxifene as a chemopreventation. The genetics clinic estimated my life time risk of breast cancer as 50%. I also have osteoporosis, and a kidney disorder called medullary sponge kidney.
I have never had any effective help within the NHS for ME, beyond basic bloods and diagnosis. I function now, imperfectly, with the patch-up of liothyronnine and certain abx.

Does anyone have any suggestions on tests re immunity and autoimmunity that I might ask for?

Thanks in advance for any replies,

Sian
