Im planning on testing different infections at IMD Berlin, Frankfurt etc since the tests where I live only show positive/negative. I'm looking for titers!
I have tried to put together what I have understood to be the best tests for the following viruses. Anything I should change?
What is the best tests for the following viruses?
Toxoplasma gondii -
Anything to note on the following?
Echovirus -
Neutralization Test
KGU
Cytomegalovirus -
CLIA.
IMD test
HHV6 -
IFT
IMD.
HHV7 -
IFT
IMD
PCR?
IMD
Mycoplasma pnemoniae -
ELISA
Igm
IMD
Igg
IMD
Chlamydia pnemoniae -
ELISA
IMD.
EBV:
VCA IgM tests: Medichecks, IMD.
EA IgG diffuse tests: SWLP.
VCA IgM + EA IgG test together: IMD.
Varicella zoster virus -
CLIA for IgG, IgM
EIA for IgA
IMD
Varicella zoster virus -
The shingles rash caused by VZV is usually distinctive enough on its own to make an accurate diagnosis of VZV reactivation. 1 Even just one or two shingles blisters can indicate varicella reactivation.
