You might try putting something like crackers and peanut butter (some protein, some fat) by your bed, then setting your alarm for a couple of hours before you are going to get up and eating it.I shake, faint, feel sick and nauseous so most foods have been throwing up if not careful.

Were you eating something with some protein and/or fat? If you eat a carbohydrate snack, it can just make it worse.
