What blood work should I get done ?

Hi I had all.the basic bloods done before diagnosis and nothing showed up ..
I did get bite by a tick the year before the test was neg ...wonder if to have another one ..

What tests and blood work can I ask for in addition ? I've heard people seek.to get tests done through labs etc privately

One problem with ME is that the basic blood tests won't show any markers for ME. Researchers have found some factors that might be markers for ME, but these haven't been validated yet.

As for what tests to do to rule out other diseases, I'm sure some people here will offer their suggestions.
