Lyme disease is spreading across the country at an alarming rate. Cases are appearing not only in well-known endemic areas like the northeast and upper mid-west, but in California and Florida and throughout the south and the west.
The CDC now admits that more than 300,000 new infections occur every year in the U.S. Millions of Americans have been infected. If not treated early and appropriately, these infections can produce chronic disease that effects almost any organ of the body from the brain to the skin.
