Hello all

I am curious if anyone has experienced a sensation that begins in the mornings where you wake up with a flu like feeling and feeling wired in the brain and limbs down to fingers.Seems like if you wake up sleep deprived you dont get this but if you get good sleep seems to cool and wire you up.Any supplement recommendations ?

Tried q10 and pqq 20mg day 1 and still got it the next morning

Thanks
