18362!!!

Is that right? :jaw-drop: Almost 1,000 :star::star::star::star::star: more since I voted (17381) yesterday around 2:30 pm.

That's wonderful. Three cheers to everyone.

The Devoted Barn (AKA "the puppies") has 439,059 votes. It's hard for me to get my head wrapped around how an organization can get that many votes, considering the story was posted on June 2, 2016.

We are closing in on our main competitor in the Leadership category, the Woodlands Wildlife Refuge.

I noted the number of votes we (Blue Ribbon), Woodlands Wildlife and Palomacy Pigeons had on 12 Aug - that was my first post. And I noted the number of votes again this morning (my morning 21 Aug). You can see that, as at 21 Aug, we (the blue line with the markers) are now much closer to the green line of Woodlands Wildlife.

If we keep voting at the average rate that we have been since 12 Aug and the supporters of the other two charities keep voting at their average rate, we should have more total votes than Woodlands Wildlife by mid-September.

BUT... I have plotted the daily vote figures for us (I don't have those for the other two charities, just the 12 and 21 Aug figures). And it is clear that our voting is going exponential!!! So we may have more votes than Woodlands Wildlife well before mid-September.

So long as no charity comes from out of nowhere and we can keep voting like we have this last week, I think we are on track to get the most votes in the leadership category. Onwards and upwards...:rocket:
