My understanding is that vitamins A, D, E and K are the fat-soluble vitamins, and they need to be taken in balance. Can I get some comments as to the proper ratio, and also comments about good brands of supplements?
If I were you I would get your D tested as you are more than likely deficient, but maybe not. You may have to bring your D up before worrying about keeping ratio insync with other vitamins. One thing to keep in mind is that Vit. D is actually a hormone or pre-hormone.
