This happend to me recently. I have to be finger printed every four years because my husband's connection with the Air Force. I always sail right though. This time they had a new gaget that you put your finger on a little square red light thingy. The tech had a puzzeled look on her face and got out the old ink pad. It worked...fingerprints. Hmmm the old way better than the new or what does mean???
