Video hearing with Social Security?

I got a letter stating I have the choice to accept a video or in person hearing? The video hearing may expedite the process. I am not sure what is best because it's not like the judge can see my disability in person anyways.

What is the best option for ME/CFS, advantage vs. disadvantages to this?

Yeah it's hard to say what is best since it's not like in person will show us visibly sick anyways!
