Very low DHEA, normal/high Cortisol?

Elle's Adrenal Stress Profile test results measured Cortisol within normal limits throughout the day, then a bit high last thing at night, but DHEA at 0.05 nmol/L in the morning, falling to 0.03 in the afternoon, way under the acceptable range of 0.25 - 2.22.

Any ideas on what might be going on here - have you seen / had results like this?

Her ATP profile test indicates the main issue is very significant ADP blocking - could this be linked to low DHEA in any way?
