When I was 14 I had Mono. I am 48 years old now.
6 years ago I had sore throat for a few months. My naturopath ran EBV tests and ALL 4 were very high and positive.
VCA Igm
EA IgG
VCA IgG
EBNA IgG
All other test results were normal and good and have stayed that way.
My sore throat eventually went away and over the past 6 years with the exception of a bit of fatigue I have been very health. Work out every day and rarely sick.
Thing is, all 4 of my titers have remained positive and high and we have tried everything to get rid of but can't seem to do. Nothing else wrong with my blood results. Doing internet research trying to figure out what these numbers mean and just come up with confusion.
Any idea hot to interpet my lab results. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
