Hi!

I just did a search on Amazon on some books about CFS and came across these, and I am tempted to buy them

1. Recovery from CFS: 50 Personal Stories (2008)
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Recovery-CF..._14_img_3?ie=UTF8&refRID=0448XD0XMFW1447N3HHV

which seems to have very good reviews and which show that recovery is possible (miracles are possible!)

and

2. Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome: Mitochondria, Not Hypochondria (Diagnosing & Treating) (2014)
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Diagnosis-Treatment-Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome/dp/1781610347/ref=pd_sim_14_2?ie=UTF8&dpID=411-LXG+KQL&dpSrc=sims&preST=_AC_UL160_SR124,160_&refRID=0THDZY4R3HMQNGZM4XRX

Just wondering if anyone already read these books. Do you think they worth the money?

Hi I read the book by Sarah myhill awhile back (link #2). I enjoyed it but I think I came to the conclusion that I needed a dr to run all of the tests and know and prescribe the meds she recommended. I'm honestly damn near an amnesiac due to this disease but that's my best recollection.
