I am still using it. I'm doing 10 minutes a day every other day. I recently started working up to a few squats and push-ups while on the machine and so far so good. I am having an overall good experience with it but I am very cautious with it and don't use it on days I know I will need every ounce of energy for other things. Good luck.

A few years ago, one of the Harvard monthly newsletters described research done by the University of New York at Stony Brook in conjunction with Nasa.

As I recall, the machines used in the research had very, very low levels of vibration.

I would research possible side effects before buying a vibrating platform. My eye doctor advised me against one because of the possibility of retinal detachment. Maybe she's just super conservative with me because I've had some minor eye problems.

I thought the whole point was to help "circulation" of lymph which has no way to circulate except via movement. I also thought that was the basis of trampoline exercising. So anyway, add lymph circulation to your list of bennies.
