Try the niacin. Pretty sure it'll work. 50mg niacin to start. 1 or 2 doses might be all that's necessary.

Thank you for your help... I will update you about my progress...

When I get the overmethylation symptoms of overstimulation and insomnia (for example from taking too much methylfolate), I use 500 to 1000 mg of niacinamide, and this works quite well, kicking in within a few hours.

Niacinamide has the advantage of not causing the flush you get with niacin. However, niacin should also work for overmethylation.

How long does it take to completely relieved from overstimulation ( I have a lot) you said it gave relief with in few hours.... but how long did it take to eradicate the overstimulation???? like complete eradication of insomnia and overstimulation with niacinamide.

The vitamin B3 will not fix the underlying factors causing overstimulation. For example, if I take too much methylfolate, the overmethylation and overstimulation that produces will last for a few days. If I take B3 during those few days, then it eases the overstimulation, but I have to wait for the overmethylation to disappear on its own timescale before it is completely gone.

In your case, the overmethylation comes from methylcobalamin, so you may have to wait until that has left your system, which might take a week or so. But you can use B3 during this time to soothe the overstimulation.
