UK shortage of Solgar Metafolin?

I buy Solgar Metafolin on Amazon UK where the price is usually discounted. Recently the price on Amazon has shot up and there are fewer merchants offering Metafolin.

Is there a wider shortage of discounted Metafolin than just Amazon UK?

I wonder if there was an import channel selling at a discount which has been shut down because the Solgar 800 mcg dose of Metafolin on Amazon is not officially available from Solgar's official UK distributors. Does anyone have any info on any of this?

Typically I get the 800mcg / 100 tabs. Price has gone up a bit from £14 to £16 sometime this year... which is 19 euros, for me. But I don't think there's a shortage. At least it doesn't look like it.
