So I wouldn't dismiss self reported as an issue on its own

I don't have a huge issue with self reported- given the lack of diagnosing. I have a SEID diagnosis, not based upon meaningful testing to rule out all the other possibiities. Its borderline "self diagnosis".

But they should use more thorough criteria..or make sure we can clearly define certain groups like have PEM, etc.
