Its has a very positive short term effect. I'm not sure what it's doing but I'm assuming it lowers neuroinflammation and promotes neurogenesis.

Well when I first used it, I had amazing results using the Taylor made version. I'm not sure if those wore off but the fda banned it so I use the cosmic nootroopics.com version and I get a good effect but not quite the same.
I think one would need to continously use it forever with maybe some weeks off now and then .
