Whats going on With my triglycerides?

I didnt even know this is a Thing but appartently my triglycerides are never above 70. Mostly in the 50-60s Sometimes it has been 44

I read they usually should be between 75-150?

I have Low Lymphocytes aswell, maybe there is a Connection?

I have always had high triglycerides, but my last blood tests showed the numbers had dropped well, like a rock. Very low and I'm just not spending one second worrying about it. The next test may show a middle, upper or out of range reading once again.

I swear there is always something, no matter what I do. And I'm still here doing as well as I can. Yours, L.
