Hey guys. here is a great video explaining why we need to address chronic infections before methylation. This explains why taking methylation donors made me much, much sicker but why I got much better treating chronic infections (Lyme, bartonella, babesia, EBV, mycoplasma and mold) with an oxidative approach.

It also explains the mast cell and histamine reactions I was having so much trouble with.
