time Between Methyl b12 and adeno b12

despite having taken b12 and folate off and on for some time now, I am still unclear as to how we are supposed to separate the dosage of methyl b12 and adeno b12. I have heard differing opinions, and myself have taken them both same day and also only one kind a day. Neither seems to totally make a difference. Any thoughts here?

Fred's most recent suggestion is to take 30-50mg AdB12 once a week, on a day w/o MB12. I've been doing this, taking 40mg AdB12 once a week.
