Don't know how dated this study is but if it's from Germany there must be some truth to it This is for all the exercise haters I do believe that their points are partly valid, esp. about excessive exercise and the absence of joy and laziness in our modern lifestyles. It's 7 AM here and I just downgraded my jog to a stroll with the baby and some musing instead
