My latest Blog is about my recent 6 weeks of hell having to eat Gluten for 6 weeks.... It certainly had some farcical moments, as well as making life with ME and other chronic illnesses even more difficult, not to mention the sudden depression. I did get to eat a blueberry muffin though, so swings and roundabouts!

In order to be tested for Coeliac disease patients have to undergo this 'challenge' in order that the blood test is accurate.
