Talking is exhausting?!

Same here. Sharing that yesterday a friend visited. I could tell I was already on the losing energy side of the equation because I had vacuumed one room the day before, ran a couple of very small errands. Then had to go to the lab, before the visit to turn in a specimen; drama at the lab, and drama of others (2 hours to drop off).

I had managed to go six whole weeks without a crash, a new world's record for staying out the total ditch.

Today I am in a massive PEM crash. :yuck::xeyes::pem::xpem::bang-head::nervous::depressed: I have no voice. Eyes glued shut. Slept maybe: 10 hours just zonked. Friend did a little neck massage on two muscles, which felt great but released: substances into my body system: those substances make me get quite ill. The body feels poisoned. And that was not my plan for today. So PEM from overdoing plus the brief light massage = Malaise.

The tintinitus and cellophane in the brain are: deafening.

So this is the biggest crash in the last month. I'll note: how many days it takes to recover, once again. Then I will wonder if its worth it, to visit with a friend, next time. And I will have no internal psychological issues with this isolating result. Repeat positive intention. Repeat.
