Tables 7.1 and 7.2 from the IOM report, reformatted for ease of reading

There are a couple of tables at the end of the IOM PDF, which are worth reading, but in the original are not easy to read because of the layout.

They cover "Operationalizing the Proposed Criteria" and "Assessing Other Symptoms".

I have extracted and rotated (*) them so they are much easier to look at now.
