couldn't you be weaker due to having to go the hospital and all the tests, activity and stress, plus the infection?

Absolutely. I don't doubt that this contributes. Plus not getting much sleep a the hospital, arranging a ride home, getting chilled, and an Uber driver who picked the winding and bumpy route to my place.

I think I have this extra weakness and sickness figured out. I think I picked up a respiratory infection at the hospital or on the way home, and now it's running from sinuses to lungs. on Wednesday I went to an otolaryngologist who confirmed this and gave me an antibiotic.
