I've only just realized there's an Aus inquiry to which we can contribute. Deadline July 31, however submissions will be accepted after this date.
I'm not so good at formulating my thoughts beyond this is what I've experienced, but it's worth our while to put some sort of words together.

The Australian Parliament is asking for public submissions into chronic disease prevention and management in primary health care. This is our opportunity to write to them and ask them to fund research into M.E. and cater for severely ill patients who require home care, visits and support from medical professionals.
Australia’s National Health and Medical Research Council has spent $2.1 million on research since 2000 (according to figures in a to me letter from Health Minister, Susan Ley 2015), which is around $130k a year. This is not enough!
94,000 people in Australia suffer and $4 billion in lost earnings warrants more action! The deadline for submissions is Friday, 31 July 2015.
Please make a submission if you can.
