Hello,
I am currently taking between 1000 and 1500mg of oral reduced glutathione, which is helping a bit.

I've noticed that there are a couple of brands that provide sublingual versions, which in theory should be easier to absorb.

Are you familiar with any of these products? Would you recommend switching from regular capsules to sublingual?

Also I've noticed that the dosages are quite different. One capsule delivers 500mg while these tablets provide 50-100mg. Any comments.

Thanks in advance

So if I understand this correctly it appears that it's not very difficult to raise glutathione levels in the blood, but it's difficult to make it go inside the cell.

If that's correct I don't understand exactly why the IV route should be more effective than oral or sublingual. At the end of the day all routes will just add more glutathione in the blood stream. It's not clear to me why IV have a better chance to deliver it to the cells?

Is it a matter of dosage? The more you put in the blood stream the more chances that a small % goes inside the cells?

Also reading the positive comments about oral glutathione on iHerb and such, seems to indicate that it's actually efficacious. Unless it's all placebo... which would seem kind of strange.
