Another patient wants to do a trial I think he said 40mg per day.

You will find a lot of info on dosing on this thread: Self-experimenter, focusing currently on SS-31.
But see my post here which indicates that the effective dose would be around 690 mg daily, which would cost about $1000 per day even at the cheapest custom synthesis prices. So from what I can make out, SS-31 does not look like a viable treatment unless you are a billionaire.
