I everyone, I was just wanting to update this thread. It turns out that you guys were right. I now have a HEDS diagnosis.

I have also had a spinal MRI where the found mild scoliosis of the thoracic spine, degenerative disk disease in the cervical spine and facet anthropathy in the lumbar.

I’m getting some help with pain management but aside from that not much has changed.

It’s pretty amazing how prescient you guys were. TY

Also, any ideas on what to pursue next as far a treatment and diagnostics are welcome.
