Sjogren and CFS/ME

I have a diagnosis of POTS, SFN, and Sjögren's Syndrome, but I wonder if I also have CFS/ME. My worst symptom is an unrelenting and crushing fatigue 24/7 which never goes away. Is it possible to have CFS/ME in addition to POTS+Sjögren's?

POTS can cause similar symptoms to ME/CFS, and you can have POTS just on its own. But you can also have POTS with ME/CFS, and in fact it is common to have both ME/CFS and POTS.

If you want to check whether you have ME/CFS, you might like to read the Canadian consensus criteria for ME/CFS, and see whether your symptoms match those criteria. There is also the older CDC Fukuda criteria.
