Hi, CFS Comrades,

A lot of us struggle to find (and keep) affordable housing.

For those of you that are in mild to moderate CFS spectrum, Habitat for Humanity might be a form of housing, actually, home ownership, that you can look into.

I had this (out-dated) idea that you have to build your own home, which is only partially true.

Habitat now offers low-impact categories of "sweat equity" as outlined in the link below, such as administrative tasks, making lunches, volunteering in thrift shop, etc.

This is not possible for me right now, but I want to share with everyone in case it's something you can do now or consider in the future if you have some improvement in your health and stamina. 🤞🏻
