I have found that the vaso restrictors such as maxalt and frova really help me

Thanks for the reply. :)

I am so glad that you found something that provides relief. I did try Frova a few months ago and it didn't help. Last week my GP gave me some Maxalt and Relpax to try. Hopefully one of them will help.

Just want to say thank you to everyone who replied. I am so glad I found this website. :) I was all out of ideas as to what I should try and at times felt like giving up (usually on day 7 of these flare-ups). Now I have so many new ideas and different things to explore. On top of all the great ideas... my specialist is going to refer me to a Neurologist that specializes in migraines and last week I started seeing a Chiropractor (so far it has helped my brain fog... any improvement is good though). For the first time in 3 years I feel positive that I can find some relief.
