Hi,
i have seen many publications where some cytokines where too high in blood samples for CFE/ME patients, so i asked my doctor if we couple measure that.

He told me it's useless since my CPR levels are low, and is always elevated if cytokines are.
So i was wondering is CPR always elevated for chronic fatigue syndrome ?
does some of you have low CPR but High cytokines etc... ?

Most people with ME do not have elevated CRP.

Many studies have found cytokine abnormalities in ME, but no consistent cytokine profile has emerged.

It is possible to have cytokine abnormalities without elevated CRP.
