Thank you very much Erica, I greatly appreciate it. I will do that. I have been skimming it and it seems exactly what I am looking for (short of a silver bullet).
I have spent thousands on doctors whom either knew nothing or tried their checklist (you don't have any pulmoray problems, etc) and only found out that there are protocols and treatments recently. Going to staples and spending $50 for a comprehensive guide is not a big deal.
I wish there was more knowledge and circulation of these ideas and treatments years ago.
