Dolche, You may have just sweated out too many minerals. Maybe check on that and make sure you're replenishing your iron, manganese, magnesium etc. Congratulations on your good results. I had also been saunaing regularly and can't say I felt much better but sure looked better - finally had great color in my face. Going to get back to it now. Was only doing 15 mins or so 3 times/week.
