A US drug called RSLV-132 is undergoing phase 2 clinical trials for treating long covid and should end this month. (https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT04944121?cond=“long+covid”&draw=2&rank=3)
It works similarly to BC 007. It mops up loose RNA molecules in the blood, including RNA-containing autoantibodies.
