root canal and antibiotics

hey so bottom line--
are there any antibiotics people find really useful for dental work needs? something besides amoxicillin or zmax and none of the ones that can "flox" you

Clindamycin is best for dental issues. It won't flox--but take lots of water with it, and a probiotic.
