Can anyone point me to a particular article I've seen on the internet?
If I've remembered correctly, it told the story of the pair of English researchers who first proposed that B-cells rather than T-cells might be the key to MS. I think they were trying to get the medical community to pay attention to their novel finding that Rituximab offered a very promising approach to MS treatment, but that no-one would listen.
