Thanks...Willow whilst we can't get rituximab cheap as it is not on the PBS it can be prescribed off label...see NSW there is a whole paper on off label use of Rituximab in NSW.

But if the hospital won't apply for off-label then you need to pay which leads me back to the question has anyone in Australia had any luck getting help with payments for rituximab/Mabtherra from their hospital???

Hi I figure there are 2 problems 1 getting someone to prescribe R and then paying for it unless a hospital can be convinced to take you on. Lots of nos so far and working through the specialists!! Best conversations with oncologist but getting it actually prescribed is not easy. Are you thinking/trying to get R ?
